Factory Manager

Yunnan Zhongmu Agricultural and Forestry Development Co., Ltd. was established in April 2022 with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. It is a private enterprise specializing in efficient ecological agricultural and forestry investment, research and development, planting and processing trade, biological control, landscaping, and ecological agricultural and forestry leisure tourism development and operation. The company has invested in the construction and operation of the integrated project for the planting and processing of star anise in Funing, with a total investment of 250 million RMB, which officially started construction on July 28, 2022, and has now been completed and put into production. According to the company's development needs, we are publicly recruiting 7 staff members from the society.

 II. Recruitment Conditions

(1) Processing Plant Manager

1. Must comply with the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, be in good health (no hepatitis B, pneumonia, or mental illness history), and have no criminal record, and be a resident of Funing.

2. Have 3 years or more of management experience in a similar position.

3. Familiar with production site management, personnel management, quality management, and safety management.

4. Have good communication and coordination skills, and those with certain work experience and connections will be given priority.

5. Have strong production site management ability, decision-making ability, planning ability, adaptability, and strong stress resistance.

      (2) Salesperson

1. Must comply with the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, be in good health (no hepatitis B, pneumonia, or mental illness history), and have no criminal record, and be a resident of Funing. Sales experience is preferred.

2. Have strong learning ability, communication skills, and be good at socializing.

3. Have a good sense of teamwork and the ability to handle pressure.

4. Be able to endure hardships and maintain a positive work attitude.

      (3) Laboratory Inspector

1. Must comply with the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, be in good health (no hepatitis B, pneumonia, or mental illness history), and have no criminal record, and be a resident of Funing. Those with inspection qualification certificates will be given priority.

2. Have one year or more of relevant experience, familiar with the testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. Excellent fresh graduates may have relaxed hiring conditions.

3. Good learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and moral quality, with a strong sense of teamwork.

      (4) Forestry Technician

1. Must comply with the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, be familiar with forestry policies, be in good health (no hepatitis B, pneumonia, or mental illness history), and have no criminal record, and be a resident of Funing.

2. Honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, able to endure hardships, and have a spirit of diligent research.

3. Love forestry and agriculture, with a positive learning attitude and life attitude.

         III. Work Location and Time

(1) Work Location: Naxie Green Agricultural Product Processing Park in Banlun Township, Funing County; Star Anise Seed Breeding and Harvesting Base in Xinhua Town, Funing County; and three forest areas in Tianpeng Town, Huajia Township, and Ayong Township.

(2) Work Time: 8-hour work system, with 4 days off each month, and public holidays based on the company's production and work situation.

       IV. Registration Time and Method:

(1) Registration Time: July 5, 2023 - August 5, 2023 (8:00-11:30 AM, 2:30-5:30 PM).

(2) Registration Method: Bring the original and photocopy of your ID card, photocopy of your diploma, resume, and relevant work experience proof to register at Shop S-17, Shanghai International Mansion, Xinhua Town, Funing County. Qualified applicants will formally sign a labor contract.
