Yunnan Zhongmu Agricultural and Forestry Development Co., Ltd. was established in April 2022 with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. It is a private enterprise specializing in efficient ecological agricultural and forestry investment, research and development, planting and processing trade, biological control, landscaping, and ecological agricultural and forestry leisure tourism development and operation. The company has invested in the construction and operation of the integrated project for the planting and processing of star anise in Funing, with a total investment of 250 million RMB, which officially started construction on July 28, 2022, and has now been completed and put into production. According to the company's development needs, we are publicly recruiting 4 staff members from society.

2. Have 3 years or more of management experience in a similar position.
3. Graduate degree is preferred.

(2) Director of Star Anise Processing Plant
1. Must comply with the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, be in good health (no hepatitis B, pneumonia, or mental illness history), and have no criminal record, preferably a resident of Funing.
2. Have 3 years or more of management experience in a similar position.
3. Familiar with production site management, personnel management, quality management, and safety management.
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, with some work experience preferred.
5. Political affiliation as a member of the Communist Party of China or a veteran is preferred.
6. Have strong production site management, decision-making ability, planning ability, adaptability, and strong stress resistance.

2. Have 2 years or more of work experience in a similar position.

III. Work Location and Time
(1) Work Location: Funing Industrial Park, Naxie Agricultural Product Processing Zone
(2) Work Time: 8-hour work system, with fixed rest days for the General Manager, Secretary, and Accountant positions on Sundays (4 days off per month), and the Director of the Star Anise Processing Plant will implement a monthly rotation system (4 days off per month). Legal holidays will be based on the company's production and work situation.
IV. Work Benefits and Salary
1. The probation period is 3 months. After the probation period and passing the assessment, a labor contract will be signed, and a labor relationship will be established, with social insurance for pension, medical, unemployment, work injury, and maternity handled according to the law.

3. Registration materials and requirements. Registration materials include a personal resume and copies of the educational qualifications, degree certificates, professional title certificates, qualification certificates, award certificates, etc. mentioned in the resume.
The information and materials provided by the applicants must be true and reliable. If any false information is found, the application qualification will be canceled upon verification.
After the registration ends, the company will organize a preliminary review of the applicants based on the positions, recruitment conditions, and the proof materials submitted by the applicants, led by the company's recruitment leadership team, selecting 1-3 candidates for interviews. Candidates who enter the interview stage will be notified by phone. Applicants who do not meet the company's employment requirements will not be notified further. 1. Interview: The interview mainly assesses the candidates' comprehensive analysis, interpersonal relationships, research, communication coordination, language expression, emergency response, and practical business operation abilities.
