The Prefectural Party Committee has decided, on the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, to confer commendations in the name of the Prefectural Party Committee upon outstanding Communist Party members, outstanding Party affairs workers, and advanced primary-level Party organizations of Wenshan Prefecture. In accordance with the requirements for selection and commendation, and based on nominations submitted by the Party committees of all counties (cities) and the Party (Work) Committees directly under the prefecture, a list of proposed awardees—including outstanding Communist Party members, outstanding Party affairs workers, and advanced primary-level Party organizations—has been drawn up following procedures such as soliciting opinions and conducting review and selection.

Yunnan Zhongmu Agricultural and Forestry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongmu Agricultural and Forestry) was established in April 2022, with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. The first phase of the project was completed and put into production in April 2023, with an annual capacity to dry 40,000 tons of star anise fruits. It has established a high-standard planting demonstration base for star anise covering 6,500 acres, a spike nursery and seedling base of 180 acres, capable of producing 3 million high-quality star anise seedlings annually, and a comprehensive transformation demonstration base of 1,200 acres for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
